The parking lot is a little tough but the staff are great! Recently I had a wonderful customer service experience with both Jon and Josh. I was treated with kindness and respect. Through my interactions, I can also tell that management keeps their staff safe. I can’t wait to stop by again on my next lunch break! I’ve never had a bad drink or food item from this Starbucks location. Great job all around.

I have been to hundreds of Starbucks across the US as a traveling Healthcare professional. I am having a hard time even comprehending the experience I just had. I stopped to order a Strawberry Refresher. I have a severe Mango allergy. Since the release of the Mango drinks at Starbucks I always ask for a "clean shaker" and inform them of my allergy. I have had ZERO problems. I carry an Epi pen just in case, ya never know. The Barista told me in the most condescending tone "I cannot make any guarantees". Ummm okay. Like no guarantee you won't put Mango in my drink or no guarantees of cross contamination? I think some basic education regarding food allergies would be beneficial to the staff at this location. Or maybe in a job where you work for tips (and you expect a tip) that you treat people with a little respect and kindness. I will never be back to this location. Do better Starbucks.

This is why I don’t go to Starbucks. It’s too overpriced for the way that they be moving. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch, Frappuccino and a turkey bacon sandwich. The sandwich was hot on the outside and cold in the inside (not a big deal) w.e. The issue is the drink, I ordered ahead, so I didn’t have to wait as long. I get there my food is ready, But my drink isn’t. It takes This girl almost 15 minutes to make my drink. She was doing orders that came in way after me and drive-through. Understandable you have to do drive-through but why are you doing orders not in order? For atleast online? Dunkin would never

This Starbucks looks very New or renovated, so I went to get coffee, but I did not expect, the customer are very slow, I think they unorganized waited 30 mins for regular coffee what the Hell, and I left without the coffee, instead went to Dunkin donuts 🍩. It seems that this has been happening for a long time a read the reviews.
